Great news. I actually thought it would be a bad sign if he wasn't activated tonight, calling into question if he would be available at all this series. So, great news.

Oh yeah, I don't think you could keep Seguin from playing if you tried, at this point.

Pete got me a little bit worried when he talked about how the day after his workouts he might not recover so well.

I'm sure it's been a tough road. Seguin clearly worked hard to make it back.

I’ve actually been thinking the last couple of days about something you touched on Robert. I don’t think the psychological boost to the team can be underestimated. It’s one thing for the same mix of players to look at each other and say “let’s flip the switch” but something entirely different for them to have a reason why things can get better. It’s not like Seguin is going to single handedly change their fortunes, but it gives them a reason to believe they will play better. And sometimes, that small amount of belief, no matter the source or actual consequence, can change the mindset and create momentum.

Likely total wishful thinking on my part but I’m grasping at whatever straws I can find over here. 😂

I don't think it's wishful thinking at all. Like you said, just the bit of reassurance that things are different now can be enough to erase a bad memory.

This is really good news. I don't know if it is enough to make the Colorado series more than a coin flip at best, but it helps.
