Totally wild to consider Cassidy over Gulutzan (and assistants) as an in season replacement or, honestly, even in the off-season unless the Stars get swept in the first round and even then… I feel with all of the injuries across the entire lineup, Gulutzan and co. Have earned the runaway of another start to a season.
I will admit I was slightly skeptical when Gulutzan was hired, given the track record previously. I will also admit that he was setup to fail and he had little control of that. Having said that, he's every bit deserving of the praise coming his way. I think he's done a magnificent job, especially given the injury woes this team has endured. Don't care if there is duct tape and bailing wire involved at this point.
The not so subtle Ella Langley appearance is also appreciated!
On Sean, I'm really annoyed that some suit/bean counter decides to take away the most sane part of the DLLS Stars pod. Love Luds and the boys, but Sean brought objectivity and sanity. I thought Sean had 67 other things going (seems like it anyway). And for anyone else seeing this, Sean's SubStack is a must read/ must subscribe also!
