Losing sucks. Especially when I then turn on the Wild game and they score the winning goal with literally 2 seconds left. Avs are winning too last time I checked. The Stars were so close to them only a week or so ago.
The depth scores are regressing to their respective means. Getting Moose back will help, but they also need Roope and they need someone not named Johnston or Robertson to pick up the scoring. To be honest, Miro and Esa might not be playing their very best hockey right now either. They look tired or bored or looking ahead to the playoffs or whatever it is when they don't play their best hockey.
It shouldn’t be surprising that Miro and Esa look tired at the moment. They’re the two guys that played heavy minutes through the Olympics then jumped right back into the NHL grind. Wish the Wild weren’t creeping back up on us here so we could maybe get them some rest.

I hate when we lose, but I didn't completly hate this game. Every game is a combination of hundreds, maybe thousands of little decisions and actions, and they just didn't add up for us tonight.

The book is out on Otter, and teams know to show high or low blocker side. He just cannot cover that side at all
