When I miss games - I don't have a concern about getting highlights and some interesting info from Tiffin. We're spoiled by having this quality reporting. Love Heika, Colishaw and Sean (and years ago folks in FTW), but Tiffin provides insight into Texas at Cedar Park (my hometown) as well as detailed game NHL synopsis and in-depth stories about the players. If you're not a paying member - you should be. Keep up the fantastic work. Truly a Treasure!
Ok, so much to praise in this article — starting with the song of the game. Fantastic music and video. How do you have the time to find such gems? I’ll need to start sending you some nominees.
The face off disparity last night was weird. Stars started to win more (mostly Dutchy as you noted) but then Nashville turned up the face off heat again and again.
Ultimately we won the ones that mattered in the final 20 and OT.
Scary Pockets are a fun group. I don’t always have an appetite for covers, but when I do, they’re among the best out there. Y’all can always comment with your alternate suggestions, too!
I'm glad you pointed out Bäck's great play. He had at least two more plays in the 3rd on which, right before he stepped in, I did one of those involuntary gasps, like, "uh oh." But he tipped the puck away or otherwise broke it up. His defense was outstanding.

That's very kind of you to say, Chris. (I have an interview with another Cedar Park player coming soon, too!)
True statement! But he needs an editor - "That proved to be the Perds’ undoing," for those late night 5000 word essays
Not a Tiffin blunder. You missed the joke: https://ftw.usatoday.com/story/sports/nhl/2013/09/04/nashville-predators-mistakenly-call-team-the-perds/82193418007/
It’s an oldie but a goodie!
I never knew the original story behind the "Perds" reference. I just have used it for years.
Well said!

Really loving Borques game lately. Nice to see him coming around.
He was very good tonight. That pass to Johnston that Saros had to stop was beautiful.
