This might be my favorite Afterthoughts of this season.

Thanks, bud. It’s in my top 50, for sure.

It’s #31. I keep a curated power ranking of all AfterThoughts.

I’m glad someone is.

The most recent one is always my most favorite of the season... Each one is a new gem all of its' own!!! Keep them coming Robert :)

Don't we all just feel great about our Stars after these last two gems against the 31st best team in the league. Awesome! And how about our $8 million goalie. No Robo and Otter tending goal, looking really great for team USA! Never mind, all good... It's a win and that's all that matters until April anyway. Right??????

Dave Jackson grasping at straws just like the linesman! No way that play was onside. This team needs to get that "1 degree" thing sorted, or all this effort will be wasted once again come playoffs. It's insane to me that Lian Bichsel still leads the team in hits after all the time he has missed. Like they say, you can't just flip a switch when the playoffs roll around

One of my least favorite performances by Otter. Hope he bounces back in the playoffs because he hasn't looked himself the whole season.

The ESPN+ broadcast was driving me nuts. From the unexpected pronunciation of Petrovic to the countless times they seemed to forget there was a game going on and they just didn't call the play for minutes. It's not baseball Bucci.

I listened to a podcast w/ Jeff K a while back and he talked about the site announcerhelp.com created by NHL in-arena announcers for NHL in-arena announcers. I trust Jeff that it's PEH-troh-vihk.

(note: I will disavow this comment if you ask Petrovic and find that I'm.. er.. Jeff is wrong)

Would Tie Domi be a good pick up for Dallas?

Tie Domi retired in 2006. I'm assuming you mean Max Domi, his son, who played for us a couple years ago?

If you don't like Sam Steel's finishing skills, you're probably not going to love Domi's, either. He's a decent playmaker, but he tends to struggle in most other areas of the game. Overall, I think you're paying more for name brand than actual performance at this stage of his career.
