Hey, what did you think of the LA trade of Jordan Spense? At $1.5 for a young guy, wouldn’t he have fit here???
1. I wonder if Dallas saw him as a redundant player in the Nils Lundkvist type.
2. I think Spence is a good player Ottawa got for really cheap. Great trade for them.
3. I think Dallas is still looking for a true Chris Tanev replacement in the top four. Spence isn't that guy.
4. Spence is 5-foot-11. There were zero defensemen drafted under six feet tall in this draft.
5. I'd still have traded for Spece, for that price.
